ATF ACADEMY - TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL!


ATF will offer "tennis performance players" a TENNIS ACADEMY based TRAINING PROFILE. Depending on the AGE and the OBJECTIVES of the player, the ACADEMY TRAINING will cover 6 - 18 hours per week.  

Taking it to another level!

As of October 1st, ATF will offer "TENNIS PERFORMANCE PLAYERS" a TENNIS ACADEMY based TRAINING PROFILE. The age group will range from 10 - 17 yrs for boys and girls. In addition to the "STANDARD INDIVIDUAL TRAINING" with a coach, we will make full use of the club's facilities to give each single player an ALL-ROUND TRAINING PROGRAMME.

The emphasis will be on COMPETING and getting GOOD RESULTS - not just in the ALGARVE region but also NATIONALLY and INTERNATIONALLY. Our ACADEMY TRAINNING will also build a very solid foundation for players, who chose to go on the bigger scenes in TENNIS WORLD!!!

ACADEMY TRAINING MODULES:

* INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE with the coach, including VIDEO ANALYSES

* GROUP TRAINING with other Academy players on "SAME LEVEL"

* MATCH PLAY PRACTICE with players from other clubs REGIONALLY, NATIONALLY and INTERNATIONALLY

* FITNESS TRAINING on a group and individual base

* PILATES

* YOGA

* NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION. How to be FIT FOR FIGHT!

* SPORT PSYCHOLOGY. How to cope with PRESSURE, SELF-DOUBT and being STRONG MENTALLY

* OBJECTIVES and GOAL SETTING
